Se aportan datos sobre la circunscripción taxonómica de S. incana y S. tragoriganum, en relación con la identidad de sus híbridos. Se propone una nueva combinación, S. × murcica nothosubsp. stricta (Font Quer) M.B. Crespo & E. Laguna, y se describe un nuevo nototaxon, S. × murcica nothosubsp. mediovalentina M.B. Crespo & E. Laguna. Además, se aportan datos sobre la distribución y ecología de los táxones y nototáxones considerados, y se lectotipifica un nombre.
